Trash Pickup Times:
Our routes begin very early in the morning. Therefore, it is important to put your trash out by 8:00 am on you pickup day. We try to keep our schedules as consistent as possible, but there are issues such as weather, traffic, and construction, which are out of our control. Occasionally we may need to re-arrange our routes in order to maintain efficiency, having trash out by 8:00 am will alleviate missed pickups.

Trash Pickup Days:
Please call the office for the specific pickup days in your area.

Inclement weather:
If we are unable to pick up your trash due to the weather, it will be picked up the next day. Also note that in the case of inclement weather, you can check the website homepage for pickup information.

Holidays:
We observe the major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas . Updated information will be posted on the website homepage. If your pickup day falls on or after the holiday, your trash will be picked up on the following day. Example, if the holiday is on Monday, all scheduled pickups will be run one day late. If the holiday falls on Wednesday, then Monday and Tuesday will run on their normal day; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be run one day late.

There are many items that we include in our prices that other trash companies may not. Items such as regular sized televisions, small furniture, and boxes from moving or clean-up are picked up at no extra charge to you. Simply call the office and explain the items, which need to be picked up. Items that are not covered in our regular pick up, can also be disposed of at a discounted rate for our customers. If renovating or simply cleaning up, keep in mind that a roll-off container may be the most effective and cost efficient way to go. .
